How can you get help? There are a couple of quick steps.

First, to avoid conflicts of interest, we have to know who is involved and check our system for any prior relationships. In your first request, send us only the names of people involved — your name, spouse’s name, if relevant, and names of any other relevant person, along with a very brief description of the problem or question. Don’t include other personal information or detail. We will respond after a conflict check and then you can tell us all about it.

Second, once you get conflict clearance, tell us what you want to accomplish or what the problem is. We will respond by telling you how you can get help from us. We may ask for specific details or additional information, or we may propose an immediate solution. You can buy documents immediately or arrange for the services you need.
